For many of us, the process of union with better health (yoga) is an ongoing, sequential process that begins with Faith - faith that I can indeed change. Faith brings the courage to take positive evolutionary actions.
I travel and teach the transformational tools of yoga, which work at each layer:
PHYSICAL: yoga posture flows, deep, structural bodywork
ENERGETIC: breathing techniques, subtle bodywork for the nervous system
MENTAL: sanskrit and its life-guiding, spiritual philosophy
RELATIONAL: conscious communication, early childhood core learning and re-patterning
SPIRITUAL: finding a personal, devotional, uplifting activity such as chanting, leading to meditation.

श्रद्धावीर्यस्मृतिसमाधिप्रज्ञापूर्वका इतरेषाम्
śraddhā (faith), vīrya (courage), smṛti (memory), samādhi (absorption), prajñā (Insight), pūrvakā (preceded by) , itareṣām (of others / for many of us)
